Hampton Inn Phoenix Airport North

we loved this stay. we booked queen room and could use wake-up service, available in it. the location was magnificent, relatively close to chinese cultural center. lots of food options within walking distance of the venue.

Newly decorated and good sized rooms were updated on level 2. The food was reasonably priced and great.

Staff always very nice!

decent location near airport, in the very quiet area. near oh canada eh dinner show. separate bedroom. brilliant hot waffles and fruit supplied.

Overall it was an awesome stay for an one-night business trip. The hotel had a central setting to the nearby restaurants. And I really enjoyed that it was adjacent to transportation to the airport, which was free, enough lights and airport and car rental.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, but the online check-in was confusing.

Love love love to stay at Hampton Inns!!! Never had a bad experience ever!! However...the breakfast buffet was not clean..out of most hot items ..tables not cleaned ...... ...very disappointing...

Wonderfully comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. 24 hour airport shuttle was on time and sooooooo convenient.

Bath tubs need work. Gross rust all around the drain hole.

Fresh baked cookies and water at the lobby. Also like the cofee area.

The tubs are very slippery. Need better breakfast.

The washer and dryer were out of order , which I needed and expected to use for my clothes. On top of that, the pool was also closed, meaning two significant amenities I counted on were unavailable without any prior notice. I anticipated a basic functional experience but was left disappointed, especially considering I was paying for these conveniences.

The staff was excellent. We needed to return our rental car and they suggested to do it the night before and use their shuttle to return to the hotel. In the morning we used the shuttle again to leave for an early flight home. The staff was so helpful, gave us maps, directions to attractions and anything we needed they were right there for us. We couldn't have asked for better care. The hotel was tops with cleanliness, the pool was great and being one mile from the airport we didn't hear any noise. It was a wonderful 2 night stay.

The newly renovated rooms were immaculate and spacious, with comfortable beds that provided a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly.

Better soundproofing against outside noise would be appreciated.

Beds are comfortable and room good size. Continental breakfast had a lot of options and the coffee and tea station and cookies at night were great!

Water pressure in the shower wasn't great
